Community Standards
We expect all members of the Out at St. Paul (OSP) community and any participants attending an OSP organized event to abide by the following Community Standards :
-
I pledge to be respectful of all people, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. This includes avoiding language or behavior that is discriminatory, offensive, or harmful.
-
I will create a safe and welcoming environment for all members of the community. This means being mindful of the language you use, the way you interact with others, and the materials you share.
-
I am open to learning about different perspectives and experiences. This includes being willing to listen to and learn from people who have different views than you.
-
I am willing to challenge harmful stereotypes and assumptions. This means speaking up when you see or hear something that is discriminatory or offensive.
-
I support the mission of Out at St. Paul, a ministry for LGBTQ+ Catholics & Allies, and the community it represents. This means working to create a more just and equitable world for all people.
-
I respect all rules of individual events, recognizing that I am representing OSP and the Church of St. Paul the Apostle.
